Stuffed Quahog and a Cup of Chowder
Awesome thick clam chowder with loads of clams. One of the best stuffed quahogs on the Cape. The prices are great and so is the food. Definitely recommend this restaurant!!
Haddock Sandwich review by Kevin John
You'll go north, south, east, and west, but the Haddock Sandwich at Original Seafood is the best by far. I've seen the fish extend beyond the bun in almost a comical fashion. The place is clean and bright, but if you want to hide out from the rest of the tourists you can always take your food to go and have an adult beverage across the street at Jack's 28 Club.

I come from a small fishing village in Anstruther, Scotland with a very famous fish and chip shop so I am hard to please but have to say this was absolutely delicious .

This was the first year that we tried Original Seafood. We ended up eating there for 2 of the 6 nights that we were on the Cape. They are the perfect type of fried seafood experience. Additionally, the chowder was great as well!

I am a local and am always happy when the original opens because it is my go to place for fresh and generous portions. I've had the fish and chips, the broiled haddock plate that comes with rice pilaf and my family has tried the many other delicious plates that include the fisherman's platter with all the generous seafood! You will not be disappointed in whatever you order!

Absolutely the best fried whole clams on Cape Cod. The batter is perfect, the clams are just the right size, and they are cooked to a perfect crunch on the outside. You couldn't ask for a better meal.
